From first conversation to Ana live, in 14 days.

Six steps. No surprises. You approve at each one before we move on.

  1. 1

    We talk

    ~30 minutes

The first call is with you, not you and a BDR. You walk us through how calls flow in your business today: who answers, what happens when no one does, what questions your team asks, what happens next. If we fit your industry, we tell you. If we don't, we tell you that too — and we refer you to someone who does.

  2. 2

    We design Ana

    ~5 business days

We build your specific Ana: tone, scripts, industry-specific compliance rules, calendar and CRM integrations, transfer logic. We send a design document before touching any code — you approve it paragraph by paragraph.

  3. 3

    We test

    ~3 business days

Ana runs first in a test environment. You call her — from your phone, from the office, with real scenarios. You note what doesn't sound right. We iterate until she sounds like your business. Only then does she go live.

  4. 4

    We launch

    Day 14

You forward your calls to Ana — all of them, or a percentage, your call. We're on the line with you launch day. If something doesn't work in the first hour, we fix it in the first hour. Forwarding is reversible at any time — no penalty, no drama.

  5. 5

    Your portal

    Access from day 1

Every call Ana takes appears in your portal: transcript, recording (where legal), summary, timestamp, outcome, next steps. Searchable, filterable, exportable. Your compliance team can audit anytime.

  6. 6

    We tune weekly

    Ongoing — included in price

Ana learns your business week by week. Every Monday we review: calls that transferred and why, questions Ana didn't handle well, opportunities we spotted in the data. We adjust scripts and rules with you. We don't leave you alone with a product — you stay with a team.

You're never alone.

Ana is our product. The partnership is the service. We launch together, tune together, grow together. When your business changes — new language, new service line, new location — Ana changes with you. She's not software you buy and forget. She's a team that stays.
