Built for regulated industries. Designed for the details others miss.

Most AI receptionists were designed for restaurants and home services. Ana was designed for industries where one wrong answer costs more than a missed appointment.

Why this matters.

If your industry is regulated — insurance, law, healthcare, housing, finance, energy — the conversation on the phone isn't a marketing channel. It's a compliance touchpoint. A receptionist that wasn't designed for your industry can create the problem faster than it solves it: unlicensed advice, missed disclosures, uncaptured consent, data crossed between customers. We built Ana knowing your customer, your auditor, and your attorney each have different but equally non-negotiable requirements.

What we built in from day one.

1

Audit-trail-ready from the first call.

Every conversation is timestamped, recorded where permitted, and stored in a structure your compliance team can review. Transcripts are searchable. Recordings are encrypted at rest. Records are exportable in formats your auditor expects. When the question comes from your compliance officer, your attorney, or a regulator, the answer is one query away.

2

Never gives advice it isn't licensed to give.

Ana qualifies, routes, and books — never recommends coverage, quotes rates, or closes a regulated sale. Your licensed agents do that. The boundary is enforced at the script level (Ana can't go off-script into licensed territory) and at the model level (her training rules out the patterns of speech that constitute regulated advice). When a caller asks the kind of question that requires a license, Ana captures the question, books the licensed agent, and tells the caller exactly that.

3

Your data, isolated to your business.

Your client conversations never train another company's AI. Period. Your data lives in a logical partition exclusive to your account — no shared pool, no cross-customer learning, no embedding into a model that serves a competitor. If you leave us tomorrow, your data goes with you and ours stays with us. We can give your IT team the architecture diagram on request.

4

Bilingual disclosures built in.

AI-disclosure and consent capture happen automatically, in the caller's language, at the start of every call. The script can't be skipped — it runs before any business conversation begins. The capture is logged with timestamp and outcome (consented, declined, hung up). When your regulator asks how you handle consent in Spanish, you have the answer documented, in Spanish, for every call.

5

Stays up when the platforms underneath don't.

When upstream AI providers have outages — and they do — Ana keeps answering. Your callers reach a human, never silence. The system routes around degraded components automatically, falling back to safer modes that prioritize "always answer" over "answer with full capability." A missed call during an outage is a lost customer; a degraded call that still books an appointment is a win.

6

Built on a stack you can audit.

No mystery-box AI. Every component is best-in-class and named, so your IT team can verify what's under the hood. We provide a stack diagram on request, naming each vendor in each layer (voice synthesis, language model, telephony, transcription, storage, integrations). Your compliance officer can run their own vendor risk assessment on each one. Nothing is proprietary smoke.

What we won't do. On purpose.

Ana doesn't close regulated sales. Doesn't recommend coverage. Doesn't quote legal rates. Doesn't diagnose medical conditions. Doesn't promise immigration outcomes. Doesn't sign contracts. In each of these categories, someone with a license and a professional relationship to the client has to do it. Ana captures the information, books the right human, and hands off the case with full context. That isn't a limitation. It's why customers choose us over products that do promise to close.
