ITXAZ

We built ITXAZ because we watched bilingual small businesses lose customers their competitors caught.

Two founders, one conviction: regulated bilingual industries deserve a receptionist built for them — not a generic receptionist that pretends to understand them.

How we got here.

We've worked with small business owners in Arizona for years. Insurance brokers, immigration attorneys, property managers, solar installers. The complaint was always the same: "I lose calls that my competitors answer. Half my customers are Spanish-speaking and I don't have a bilingual receptionist. And every call we do answer has a compliance rule my team has to remember — or we pay the price."

Existing solutions didn't fit. Human answering services are expensive, don't cover nights or weekends, and rotate staff every six months. Generic AI receptionists were built for restaurants and home services — they don't understand compliance, they're not natively bilingual, and most of them train their AI on every customer's conversations.

So we built ITXAZ. Designed for regulated industries from day one. Natively bilingual, not bilingual bolted-on. Isolated by customer, not shared. Launched first in a real insurance brokerage in Phoenix, taking real calls every business day — and then expanding it, week by week, vertical by vertical.

Two founders.

Executive Developer

Builds the systems: the voice pipeline, the compliance logic, the integrations, the resilience against upstream outages. Believes the quality of an AI receptionist is measured in how many compliance conversations you're willing to have with your attorney based on the calls it produced.

Executive Developer
Compliance, content, and CRM design

Works with every new customer on script design, voice, and the regulatory rules specific to their industry. Believes the best receptionist is the one your compliance team would defend in an audit without breaking a sweat.

Our convictions.

1

Bilingual isn't a feature, it's an entry requirement.

If your receptionist isn't natively bilingual, you're not competing for half the market. It's not something you bolt on — you build for it or you don't.

2

Regulated industries deserve tools built for them.

A generic AI receptionist in an insurance brokerage or immigration law firm creates problems faster than it solves them. The line between "helpful" and "unlicensed advice" is where a lot of people lose their license. That line shouldn't be optional.

3

Software without partnership is half a product.

Ana is our product. The partnership is the service. We launch with you, tune with you, grow with you. When your business changes, Ana changes with you. She's not something you buy and forget.

Three values. Short. Real.

Respect the caller.

Whoever's calling deserves to be understood in their language, heard, and treated as a human — not a pipeline entry.

Respect the regulation.

The line between what can be said and what can't, in your industry, is not our call — it's the regulator's. We honor it. No exceptions.

Respect the relationship.

If your customer interacts with Ana and it damages your relationship with them, we failed. The metric that matters isn't efficiency — it's trust.

Phoenix-based. We work with customers in Arizona and beyond.

Our first production deployment is a bilingual insurance brokerage in the Phoenix metro area. We're expanding to immigration law, property management, and solar installation this quarter. If your business is in Arizona, we're neighbors. If you're outside, we travel.

Industries we've deployed in

Today: Insurance. Provisioning this season: Immigration Law, Property Management, Solar Installation. We don't claim industries until we have a live customer in them.

If we fit for you, let's talk.
